The service

AffittiPerStudenti.com is an online board where users can publish and browse accommodation listings for students. The site is not a party to rental agreements between users and does not act as a real estate agent.

Listings

Every listing is checked before publication. Our team may reject, edit or remove listings that do not follow the rules. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish and for complying with rental laws.

Paid plans

The Plus, Pro and Top plans are bought with a one-off payment for the stated period, with no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. As this is a digital service that starts immediately after purchase, by paying the user requests immediate performance of the service. Listing approval always remains at the discretion of our team.

Prohibited behaviour

Fake or misleading listings, discriminatory listings, requests for advance payment without a visit, using the service for spam. Accounts that break the rules may be suspended.
