How much does it cost to post a listing?
Posting is free. Premium plans are optional and give your listing more visibility (featured placement, more photos, more active listings).
Who checks the listings?
Our team reads every listing before it goes live. This keeps scams away and makes students more confident about contacting you.
How do booking requests work?
The student picks move-in and move-out dates and sends you a request with a message. You accept or decline it from your account: if you accept, the student receives your contact details to arrange a viewing and the contract.
Does the site handle payments or deposits?
No. AffittiPerStudenti never collects rent or deposits: you and the student agree directly and sign a proper contract.
Which contract can I use for a student?
The most common is the temporary contract for university students (6 to 36 months), often at an agreed rent ("canone concordato"). You can state it in the listing together with the documents you require.
How do I get the "Trusted landlord" badge?
By replying to at least 80% of messages and requests within 48 hours. Listings with the badge appear in the "Trusted landlords only" filter.
Can I hide the exact address?
Yes: the map only shows the approximate area and the address stays private until you decide to share it.
